The Cafe is still Rawking in West Haven!

Rhio was awesome on 9/13!

Just made today two awesome flavors of Ice Cream

+ Brownies & Cheeze Cake!

Raw Spirit East 09!

The Brownies all 120 of them sold in a Day! - will be at the Cafe next week!

The Cookies all 200 of them gone by noon on Sunday!

The Burger were well recieved but we have some left!

Come by the Cafe this week for Burger specials!

What A Week!!!!!!!!!!

We are prepping for a 1000+ at RAWSPIRIT as Catch A Healthy Habit Cafe will be a Food Vendor!!!! NUT/SEED BURGERS + BROWNIES + COOKIES & SMOOTHIES!!!!!!!

Also the wellness center we were subletting from

closed their doors & left town.

We will be meeting with the Landlord Thursday afternoon

Well I am now officially 40!
