Raw Food Frank Giglio will lead "Raw Transition and Support Group"
Frank will lead discussions on how raw food is or is not working for you
will field questions and do prep a simple raw recipe

7pm "SIMPLY RAW: Reversing Diabetes in 30 days"
Simply Raw is an independent documentary film that chronicles six Americans with 'incurable' diabetes switching their diet and getting off insulin. video can be purchased from link above!
