Many lives were altered for the better since the 2/3/08 opening

of Catch A Healthy Habit Cafe in West Haven.

The above babies were born since the Cafe opened!

Finally we have the permit stamp from the Fire Department!

Electrician & Plumber to pull their permits & off we go!!!!!!!

Today we had the "FRP" put up on the walls! Wall protection

needed in food prep areas!!!

We are waiting for the Fire Department to make their recommendations

The Health department made some recommendation!

A friend of friend who installs windows saw the window in the bathroom &

is installing us a new one as a gift!!!

Other cool stuff happened this weekend

Saturday Frankie Giglio & Camille (Goji Girl) got married!

At the Cafe in West Haven we had a fun pot luck & showed

FOOD MATTERS!

Let the building begin!

Today some walls went up to protect the dish washing area

Next the electrician will start setting up his work

while the permit process takes it's time.

Next the tile on the walls of the food prep area!

Delivery of the counter (by Daniel)

Finally the plumber & the sinks then the Jonathan from Measure for Measure

will complete the walls! We will paint & open! DATE TBA!!

Catch A Healthy Habit Cafe Fairfield Update 10/12

The Cafe in West Haven is closed on Monday so Fairfield got all the attention!

Met with the Sign guy.

Had the fabric guy measure for some cool cushions.

Matt Storch (Match in SoNo owner + Lisa's bro) helped us tape the floor

so we got a visual of all the counters, sink...
